Celtic fans will love Odsonne Edouard’s reaction to his permanent move to the club.
The Hoops made the big announcement this afternoon that the French striker had returned to Glasgow in a permanent switch from Paris Saint-Germain.
He’s already a favourite with supporters after his 11 goals in 29 appearances last season.
Edouard joined on a loan deal last summer and, despite a slow start, he developed into one of Brendan Rodgers’ most important players towards the end of the campaign.
So today’s news was welcomed by everyone involved with the Scottish champions – and Edouard seems delighted too.
If fans didn’t like him enough, he tweeted how he was ‘back at home’:

Edouard obviously enjoyed his stay at Celtic and that must be a big contributing factor to his decision to leave Paris and move to Glasgow permanently.
Now supporters will look forward to four more years of Edouard and wonder what it means for Leigh Griffiths and Moussa Dembele short term.
