Rangers fans may be interested in Nikola Katic’s agent’s latest social media post.
The Croatian defender has emerged as a reported £2million target for the Ibrox club, with a number of sources linking him with a move from Slaven Belupo in his homeland.
At 21, Katic is an intriguing prospect for Steven Gerrard and Rangers – as he would arrive with plenty of potential and future sell-on value.
But no deal has been done quite yet – as is the case with Connor Goldson from Brighton too.
Instead, Rangers fans are patiently waiting for any little slither of new information before the club gets the deal done and takes to social media to announce it.
So this Facebook post from Katic’s agent Mladen Kliskinic should interest.
He’s in Manchester at the moment and told how one of his players is there for a medical test that he came through unscathed:
But is that Katic?
According to Kliskinic’s transfermarkt.co.uk profile, he looks after a number of Croatian-based players, but Katic is his highest profile star.
So it would make sense that he’s in the UK ahead of sealing his move to Rangers – and perhaps the Ibrox club chose to have his medical in Manchester so to throw Glasgow media sources off the trail.
