Nigeria goalkeeper Francis Uzoho committed an absolute howler during tonight’s final World Cup warm-up match against England.
Gareth Southgate‘s side took an early lead at Wembley through a Gary Cahill header and looked comfortable for the majority of the first half, as the visitor’s struggled to retain possession.
And to make matters worse, Uzoho was left with egg on his face with a ‘whit’s the goalie daein’ moment, thanks to a powerful effort from Spurs striker Harry Kane.
Kane’s effort on goal came after some neat build-up play from Raheem Sterling.
But even that doesn’t excuse some painfully bad goalkeeping, as the ball ricocheted off the Deportivo de La Coruña keeper and into the net, after the 19-year-old miserably mistimed his dive:

There’s no question that Kane will face a much higher-standard of goalkeeping in Russia next month, as the England skipper hopes to lead his country to World Cup glory.
Despite Kane’s goal giving England a 2-0 advantage, Arsenal winger Alex Iwobi has since netted for Nigeria and the Super Eagles have grown back into the game.
