David Beckham is ‘in Talks’ to Host a Cooking Show on America TV

David Beckham is reportedly in talks to host a cookery show on US television, with the ex-England skipper apparently keen to branch out and begin his own career in show business.

Anybody who follows Beckham on social media will know only too well how passionate the former Real Madrid and Manchester United midfielder is about his food, and he’s often pictured out and about with his longtime friend Gordon Ramsay.

And, according to the Daily Mail, the 43-year-old is reportedly negotiating with American TV channel, the Food Network, to host a new series consisting of 15 minute cooking shorts.

Many had assumed David and his wife Victoria were planning on ‘breaking’ America when he signed for LA Galaxy back in 2007, but up until now he’s only rarely dipped his toe in television and movies.

But what do you think of the idea of Becks behind the stove? Could we be looking at the new Ramsay or Jamie Oliver?
