Manchester United have confirmed that new signing Fred is in LA to join up with their pre-season.
Jose Mourinho’s men played AC Milan in the International Champions Cup earlier today, drawing 1-1 before winning 9-8 on penalties.
And based on their performances so far, United could do with some of their star players and new signings getting into the team.
Fred was revealed as a £52million signing for the Old Trafford club at the start of June, but was with the Brazil national team at the World Cup up until their quarter-final exit at the hands of Belgium.
So he’s been on holiday recovering from a long season up until United confirming that he’s at the club’s hotel and is now part of their pre-season squad:

United are next in action against Liverpool in a friendly in Michigan before playing Real Madrid and Bayern Munich ahead of their English Premier League opening match against Leicester City on Friday, August 10th.
Fred will hope to make an impact in some of those games so he can play from the start of the season.
