Plenty of Arsenal Fans Want Oliver Giroud Re-Signed From Chelsea This Summer

Oliver Giroud is being linked with a move away from Chelsea this summer – and supporters of his former club Arsenal seem desperate for the Frenchman to come ‘home’.

The striker left the Emirates for Stamford Bridge during the January transfer window after six successful years with the Gunners, and appeared to make a positive impact in the second-half of Chelsea’s season.

But following the arrival of new manager Maurizio Sarri, it appears Giroud could be surplus to requirements, with his style of play at odds with the Italian’s possession and pace-based tactics.

Giroud, who’ll turn 32 later this year, is being linked with a move to Ateltico Madrid, but it seems there’s plenty of Arsenal fans who’d love to see the target-man return to North London in the next month:

Do you think there’s any chance at all that Unai Emery could be tempted into going after Giroud?

What do you think of the reaction from supporters online?
