Video: Lewis Morgan’s First Goal For Celtic Was An Absolute Belter

Lewis Morgan scored his first-ever goal in Celtic colours yesterday and the manner in which he took his chance will have plenty of Hoops supporters rather excited about the forthcoming season.

The newly-capped Scotland international has joined Brendan Rodgers’ squad after playing a crucial role in helping St Mirren win promotion from The Championship last season, and the reported fee of £300,000 for his services looks like it’ll turn out to be an absolute bargain.

Morgan played his part in yesterday’s pre-season friendly victory against Shamrock Rovers, and scored the seventh goal in the emphatic 7-0 win.

You’d have thought a team winning 6-0 would’ve taken their foot off the gas a little, but Morgan seemed extremely keen to show what he’s capable of, albeit in a meaningless exhibition match:

What do you think of his goal? And how big a player could Morgan be for Celtic next season?
