Nikola Katic got a lot of luck for a 25-yard goal versus Bury tonight.
The Croatian defender is among the summer signings to get a runout from the start as Rangers welcomed the League Two outfit to Ibrox this evening.
It’s Steven Gerrard’s first game at Ibrox since taking over as manager and it’s started positively based on this first half showing.
They’ve dominated Bury and have three goals scored already thanks to Jamie Murphy, Scott Arfield and this Katic goal.
But the Croatian has a dodgy part of the pitch to thank for his strike hitting the back of the net:

Katic absolutely did not care that he got a lot of luck for that goal and the fans will no doubt love the passion in his celebration.
It’s all going smoothly for Rangers so far as they fine tune preparations for starting their Europa League qualifying campaign against FC Shkupi next Thursday.
