Alexis Sanchez Hands Jose Mourinho a Timely Boost Via His Instagram Story

Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez has handed Jose Mourinho a much-needed boost this evening after revealing he’s nearing full fitness on his Instagram story.

The Chilean international was a notable absentee from the United squad which travelled to Brighton at the weekend, and would’ve no doubt played some part in the 3-2 defeat.

Mourinho confirmed Sanchez is nursing an injury but by the looks of things he’s close to shaking it off – with a crucial Premier League clash against Spurs at Old Trafford looming on the horizon:

Given the 29-year-old former Arsenal star is reportedly one of the best-paid players in the entire Premier League, it’s probably about time that United fans finally got to see him at his best on a regular basis, and starting on Monday night against Tottenham would be warmly welcomed.

Is it absolutely imperative that Sanchez recovers in time to face his old North London foes?

What do you think?
