The former Melbourne City man had been linked with a move to the English Premier League champions all summer – with a loan to Celtic also thrown in as part of the reported deal.
He landed in the UK last week and has been busy negotiating with City over his future.
And Arzani turned up at Celtic Park last night to take in their side’s Champions League third round qualifying clash with AEK Athens, hinting that a deal was set to be done with both clubs.
Now City have announced his signing this morning, that paves the way for Celtic to tie up their side of the deal – and you can expect Arzani to be paraded in a Hoops jersey over the next few hours:

Arzani also posted videos to his Instagram Story before last night’s game, just adding to the expectation that he’ll be paraded soon.
It would be Celtic’s second signing of the summer transfer window after the record arrival of Odsonne Edouard from Paris Saint-Germain.
