Rangers Fans React as Josh Windass Heads For the Ibrox Exit Door

Josh Windass is heading for the Ibrox exit door this afternoon, after Wigan had a bid accepted for the 24-year-old, and the news has sparked a mixed reaction from Rangers supporters.

We’ve told you previously how Windass has been at the centre of speculation this summer, and now it appears he’ll be heading south on English football’s transfer deadline day, after Steven Gerrard’s side accepted a bid of around £2.5 million.

Windass has endured something of an up-and-down relationship with the Gers support, and we’ve told you on several occasions how he’s been involved in Twitter spats with various different supporters.

And now it seems his two-year stay in Glasgow is coming to an end, and it’s difficult to work out if there’s many fans that are bothered:

Do you think Rangers will miss Windass if he does indeed leave today? And, having signed 12 players already this summer, will Gerrard insist upon replacing him?
