Many Rangers fans aren’t happy with the price the club is charging for Europa League games this season.
The Ibrox side produced an outstanding qualifying run to make it to the group stages, finishing off their qualification with an aggregate victory over Russian side Ufa.
Now they will have games against Villarreal, Rapid Wien and Spartak Moscow to look forward to.

But some supporters won’t be attending after being hit with a £105 total price to see the games at Ibrox this season.
Season ticket holders were informed yesterday what the three-match package would cost – and now those fans will have the money taken from their account this Thursday unless they inform the club that they don’t want to opt in for the tickets.
And apparently that could affect their ability to get tickets for Cup semi-finals and finals down the line.
Frustrated fans have taken to Twitter after receiving word of the £105 price:
Ridiculous to take £105 quid out your account on cccs in such short notice. At least do 3 separate payments !
— Gregco (@Gregco_) September 3, 2018
Would also like to highlight when I ask the ticket office to cancel the euro game they told me I would then be removed from semi finals and finals cccs. A total shambles. Basically blackmailing you 😂😂

How the fuck can Rangers justify £105 for that Europa League package? Champions league one used to be £90. And I know one of my mates got his Celtic package at £72.
— Stuart Young (@StuartY19) September 3, 2018
£105 is fucking outrageous btw, I’ll be living on cuppa soup for the rest of the month thanks Rangers x
— dimps✨ (@weedimples_) September 3, 2018
£105 for 3 game package and only 3 day notice – think that’s a bit steep!
— Rangers Supporters Association (@rangersfcsa) September 3, 2018
No need for @Rangers to be charging £105 for the Europa League package, starting to take advantage of our support. Even £90 would have done. Extra £183 on top of your season ticket and we’re barely out of August

Rangers asking for £105 for European games and giving us 3 days notice pic.twitter.com/bttm8PIhcS

What a way to cheer your fans up the day after a old firm defeat. £105 bravo rangers bravo 👏🏻
— Ross Barnett (@rossbarnett94) September 3, 2018
Fuming with rangers charging £105 and giving us just 3 days notice. Absolute joke
— Jay (@Jayrangers__) September 3, 2018
£105 for 3 games In Europe is shocking in comparison to the Tim’s charging £72 and Chelsea only charging £60 for there 3 games. A lot of rangers fans will miss out I think the rangers board need to re look back into this and not rob loyal fans #rangers #rangersfc #RangersFamily

Celtic 3game package for Europa League is £75
Rangers is £105, very poor from them. £75-£85 is about right IMO

Disappointed and unhappy with Rangers of. the pricing and time of payments for the Europa league. Only just took my last season ticket payment of £135 and in the same week want another £105. Shocking @RangersFCSLO
— Andy B (@SonOfWilliamRFC) September 3, 2018
Rangers are at it charging £105 for the 3 European matches. Fans have already paid for 4 qualifiers and many will have booked up for the away trips over the last few days. 3 days notice is a shambles as well.
— Grant McGarry (@_GrantMcGarry) September 3, 2018
Last season ticket payment done. Now wanting £105 less than 3 day's notice, Ayr ticket money to come out on 10 September as well i think. Rangers just starting to take the piss i personally think.
— Dayner (@WhiskyQueen89) September 3, 2018
£105 for the home legs with 3 days notice days after the away games are announced its an utter shambles. The club couldn’t give less of a fuck if they tried
— J (@JRangers_) September 3, 2018
Rangers are skinning me man, another £105 out the bank this week 😂😭
— craigfarmer (@craigfarmer_) September 3, 2018
Rangers wanting 105 quid upfront for the 3 games way 3 day notice the week aw ma bills come aff is some laugh man
— Conor (@ConorLC) September 3, 2018
£105 for europa package, Rangers know how to make ye skint😂
— Jamie T (@JamieT_72) September 3, 2018
105 for the euro package and rangers wanting the money Thursday is absolutely howling 😂😂
— Shawn O'Neil (@ItsShawnyy) September 3, 2018
Rangers have well shafted folk here.
I just about don’t begrudge £35 a game, I think £30 would have been more reasonable but hey 🤷🏻♂️
What is a shambles is the notice people have for £105 coming out their banks. Especially considering it’s 4 weeks til the first home game
— Greig Cunningham (@GreigC22) September 4, 2018
When you spend over 500 quid on a season ticket & go to all home games of the qualifying rounds, for Rangers to tell you you're getting a discounted price of £105 for 3 Europa League games 😂😂 give me peace @RangersFC
— JB 🍊 (@JordanBrogan__) September 3, 2018
3 days notice for taking £105 😂 Rangers are taking the piss
— Scott 🇬🇧✊🏼 (@scottcruix) September 3, 2018
So the 3 game “discounted” Europa League package is £105 🤦🏼♂️
IMO overpriced by £15/20 and then to ask for payment within a few days and over 4 weeks before the first home fixture, is ill judged and exploiting the loyality of Rangers fans 🔴⚪️🔵— Brian Roberts (@Brian_Roberts5) September 3, 2018
@RangersFCSLO £105 being debited with 2 days notice (not had email from Rangers yet so guessing tomorrow) is mental.2 of us in our household and have just paid the last ST installments today. First home game isn’t for a month, surely the payments can be made at a later date.
— Lucy Macdonald (@ju1cylucy) September 3, 2018
According to the email sent out to fans, that £105 price is discounted – but it’s not only the price, it’s the little notice that fans have to pay.
Rangers kick off their Europa League campaign away at Villarreal on September 20th before returning to Ibrox on October 4th to play Rapid Wien.
