Video: Roberto Firmino References His Eye Injury Whilst Celebrating Winner Against PSG

Liverpool secured a vital Champions League group stage win over PSG at Anfield this evening – but they needed striker Roberto Firmino to climb off the bench and score a last-gasp winner.

In truth, Jurgen Klopp’s men were by far the better side throughout, and were deservedly 2-0 ahead after 40 minutes, but goals from Thomas Meunier and Kylian Mbappé looked like they’d somehow rescued a point for the Ligue 1 side.

Absolutely priceless.

Winning their opening match at home in a group that also contains Napoli and Red Star Belgrade was an absolute necessity for Liverpool tonight, but just how far can they go in this season’s competition?
