Bookies Slash Odds on Liverpool Signing Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsey in the Summer

Liverpool are the firm favourites to sign Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey this summer, according to the latest odds from the bookmakers, at least.

The Welshman looks set to depart the Emirates at the end of the current season as his contract runs down, and Jurgen Klopp’s side have been strongly linked with doing a deal for the 27-year-old – especially following his substitution in the weekend win over Watford.

Having been at the club for more than 10 years, it looked like Ramsey might well finish his career in North London, but recent reports suggest he’ll run his current deal down and has ceased negotiations with the club’s hierarchy over a potential extension.

And according to the prices at Ladbrokes, via Odds Bible, Liverpool are now down to 11/4 favourites to be Ramsey’s next destination, with Italian giants AC Milan and Juventus also in the running:

Liverpool – 11/4

AC Milan – 3/1

Juventus – 7/2

Man United – 5/1

Chelsea – 7/1

Everton – 12/1

West Ham – 14/1

Southampton – 16/1

Cardiff – 50/1

Do you think Ramsey would fit into Klopp’s style of play, and is there another club in that list that would perhaps suit Ramsey a bit better than the Reds?
