Kieran Tierney has reminded Celtic‘s rivals that the Scottish Premiership can’t be won after seven games.
The Hoops full-back knows exactly what it takes to lift the title considering he’s done it three times since breaking through into the first team.
His side may have one of their toughest tests in winning it again this year considering Hearts sit top of the Premiership after a brilliant start to the season while Hibs, Livingston and Kilmarnock all sit above Celtic in the table after seven games.
That’s not to forget Rangers, who have looked like a much better team under Steven Gerrard this term.
Some clubs, particularly Hearts, could be forgiven for getting carried away with their start.
But Tierney isn’t – and has reminded everyone that the Premiership can’t be won after seven games:
KT: “Who’s ever won the league after 7 games? It’s still very early.”

Celtic beat Aberdeen at the weekend to move back ahead of rivals Rangers in the Premiership table and a victory against St Johnstone at the weekend could cut the gap to league leaders Hearts depending on results on Saturday.
Then it’s off to international duty for Tierney and the rest of his Scotland teammates as they get set to face Israel and Portugal.
