Video: Arthur Shelby Pays a Brilliant Tribute to Kieran Tierney and Celtic

Peaky Blinders actor Paul Anderson has paid tribute to Celtic defender Kieran Tierney – whilst dressed in full costume as his terrifying alter-ego Arthur Shelby.

Followers of the smash-hit BBC drama will be well aware that Anderson is currently on location with his fellow co-star Cillian Murphy filming season five, which is scheduled for release next year.

But, it seems Tierney knows a few people high up in the Shelby clan, because Arthur took a quick break from helping to run Birmingham with his brother to film a quick clip with the Hoops’ iconic green and white shirt:

Personally, we’d have liked a little walk-on cameo from the head man Tommy Shelby, and even Aunt Polly, but there’s absolutely no denying how great a little clip this is, and if Tierney’s a big Blinders fan, he’ll be absolutely buzzing all night and watching this many times on repeat.

Brilliant stuff, Paul! If we could have a Talkingbaws shout out too, that’d be great.
