Video: Celtic’s James Forrest Scores FOUR Brilliant First-Half Goals Against St Johnstone

Celtic roared back to form this afternoon against St Johnstone and it was James Forrest who was at the centre of everything good about the Hoops’ performance – with the winger bagging an incredible FOUR first-half goals.

Brendan Rodgers’ side have been a little out of sorts of late, and knew the gauntlet had been thrown down to them when hearing Rangers were 3-0 up against Premiership leaders Hearts this afternoon.

Perhaps that news spurred them on somewhat, because right from the off it looked like a different Celtic to the one we’ve come accustomed to recently.

Forrest opened the scoring after just 15 minutes, before Odsonne Edouard made it 2-0 just a few minutes later.

Celtic looked pretty rampant but nobody could’ve expected Forrest to close the first 45 minutes with a remarkable FOUR goals:

Forrest actually hadn’t scored a solitary league goal this season before today’s game, and certainly looks to be bouncing back from his midweek red card in the Europa League against Red Bull Salzburg.

What do you think of his display?
