Hearts goalkeeper Zdenek Zlamal appeared to be hit by a Hibs fan during tonight’s Edinburgh derby.
It was another controversial game between the two capital sides, despite the fact we weren’t treated to any goals at Tynecastle.
There were several flashpoints on the park, including a red card for Florian Kamberi, handbags between Michael Smith and Martin Boyle and several other strong challenges.
But the most controversy came off the pitch as Zlamal appeared to be hit by a fan as he retrieved the ball next to the Hibs fans in the second half.
And then there was more towards the end of the game as Neil Lennon was hit with a coin thrown from the home supporters.
The Zlamal incident may get glossed over as a result of the Lennon flashpoint – but it shouldn’t:

As you can see, Zlamal goes down, but he does get straight back up before clapping the Hibs fans and getting on with the game.
With the video footage, you’d expect the supporter will be punished for it.
