Karamoko Dembele Delighted to Win His First International Tournament…with England

Celtic prodigy Karamoko Dembele has won his first international tournament at youth level – but the teenage midfielder has done so with England, rather than Scotland.

The 15-year-old has been on the radar of every top scout in Europe ever since he was called into the Celtic Under-20 squad at the tender age of just 13, and has gone on to represent both the English and Scottish national sides at youth level as he weighs up his international options.

The talented winger has been regularly involved with the English youth setup over the last year or so, and even captained the England Under-15 side in a match against Holland in 2017.

But Dembele seemed pretty happy playing his part in Scotland’s notable win over Russia back in August, setting up the winning goal, but his latest Instagram post seems to suggest he’s simply enjoying representing both nations at this moment in time after winning the Val de Marne tournament in France:

Dembele scored in last Thursday’s win over Austria, before starting the matches against Japan and France – but which country do you think he’ll end up representing at senior level?
