Rangers Fans Don’t Seem too Keen on Reports of a Potential Charlie Adam Return

Charlie Adam is being linked with a move back to Rangers in the New Year – but it seems the club’s supporters really aren’t too keen on the midfielder making a return to his former side.

Having played brilliantly for Blackpool, Adam won a big-money move to Liverpool in 2011, where he played alongside current Gers boss Steven Gerrard, but soon moved on to his current team, Stoke City.

Adam has fallen out of favour at the Britannia Stadium, with manager Gary Rowett banishing the 32-year-old to his youth team, and the Daily Record is reporting that he’s keen to end his stay in English football by winning a loan deal at Ibrox.

However, it seems news of Adam making a comeback in the iconic light blue kit hasn’t exactly gone down too well with fans on social media:

Do you think Adam still has plenty to offer the current Rangers squad?

And would he be the kind of player Gerrard would be interested in?
