Victor Lindelof Impressed A Lot of Manchester United Fans Tonight

Manchester United secured one of their finest away results in recent times tonight by beating Juventus in Turin, and Victor Lindelof was one of the stars of the show.

The 23-year-old defender has struggled to adapt to English football since moving from Benfica for more than £30 million last summer and was initially used primarily in the Champions League by Jose Mourinho, as he was tonight.

Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scored a sublime opener on 65 minutes but United came roaring back and secured a shock victory courtesy of a fine Juan Mata free-kick and a bundled set-piece in the final few minutes.

Anthony Martial was probably United’s best performer overall, and Mata will understandably win plaudits for his exquisite free-kick, but Lindelof continues to grow into a Red Devil, and it seems supporters are noticing:

Has Lindelof arrived as an elite United defender? What do you think?
