Rosenborg drafted in a choir to sing You’ll Never Walk Alone at a security briefing before tonight’s game against Celtic.
The Norwegians host the Scottish champions on matchday five of the Europa League and will be desperate to get their first win over them this season.
The teams have already squared off this campaign, playing twice in Champions League qualifying and one already in this Europa League group – failing to win any of the three games.
And while it’s likely they’ll rest some players tonight as they have a Cup Final at the weekend, Rosenborg will feel they can pick up their first points of the group against Celtic.
Not that the atmosphere in Trondheim will be difficult for Brendan Rodgers’ team or travelling supporters.
Just look at this welcome some of the Celtic security team got at a briefing last night:
På sikkerhetsmøtet i forkant av kveldens kamp mot Celtic, gjorde vi litt ekstra ut av draktpresentasjonen. 🎼

Rodgers and his players weren’t in attendance at this briefing, but several Celtic delegates were – and they would have been very impressed with the gesture.
As for tonight, the Hoops need to beat Rosenborg to keep their realistic hopes of making the last 32 of the competition alive.
