Maurizio Sarri sounds a lot happier with N’Golo Kante after his performance against Crystal Palace.
The Chelsea midfielder was the match winner for the Blues as they travelled to Selhurst Park and earned a 1-0 victory.
It was a very nice goal from Kante as he finished off David Luiz’s long ball shortly after half-time.
Chelsea didn’t produce a brilliant performance to get the three points, but they did enough and Sarri seemed happy post-match.
He reserved some special praise for Kante post-match, though, who he had previously demanded more from:
Sarri: 'Kante is improving, especially in movements without the ball. Today the movement was very good and done with the right timing. It's important when we play against opponents [like Palace].'#CRYCHE

Kante has been a consistently brilliant player since signing for Chelsea from Leicester City in 2016, but Sarri wants him to improve on the ball and it appears he’s getting closer to what the Italian manager wants.
For Chelsea, that result moves them five points ahead of Arsenal in fourth place in the Premier League table and now just two points behind Tottenham, who are third.
