Video: Jose Mourinho Simply Says ‘It’s Game Over’ When Asked About United Exit

Jose Mourinho has faced the media this afternoon after leaving Manchester United, and he’s simply said ‘game over’ when asked for his feelings about the controversial exit.

The Portuguese coach’s turbulent reign was brought to an end yesterday less than 48 hours after a humbling 3-1 defeat at the home of arch rivals Liverpool, and United legend Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been drafted in as an interim manager until the end of the season.

Back outside his London home today, the former Chelsea, Real Madrid and Inter Milan coach was confronted by Sky Sports cameras, but anyone hoping for a dramatic meltdown or tantrum was left disappointed.

Addressing his dismissal, Mourinho got straight to the point, and said it’s time for himself, the club and the supporters to move on to the next man:

Do you think United were correct to get rid of Mourinho at this point? And where do you think Jose will pop up next?
