Ryan Christie scored a beautiful free-kick in Celtic‘s hammering of Kilmarnock this afternoon.
The Hoops playmaker is in outstanding form of late, scoring six goals in nine games going into today’s game.
It was expected to be a tough match for Brendan Rodgers’ men as they welcomed Steve Clarke and his table-topping Killie team.
Kilmarnock were top of the Scottish Premiership thanks to a midweek win over Livingston – as well as poor results for those around them.
But Celtic had too much for them today and it was quality like this from Christie that inspired the hosts to the win:

Is this with his bad foot too? We always thought he preferred his right.
With the win, Celtic move two points clear at the top of the Premiership with two games in hand – and the manner of the 5-1 victory suggests Rodgers’ team are in quality form.
They next play against Red Bull Salzburg on Thursday night in a game that could see them through to the Europa League last 32.
