Watford Fans Are Taking Dozens of Toy Snakes to Tonight’s Game at Everton

Watford fans are travelling to Merseyside for tonight’s Premier League clash with Everton – and they’re planning on taking dozens of toy snakes with them.

Current Everton boss Marco Silva started last season in charge of the Hornets, only to be sacked following a dramatic slump in form not too long after an approach from the Goodison Park club.

According to the Evening Standard, Watford supporters haven’t forgiven the Portuguese coach and are keen to taunt him during tonight’s game with inflatable toy snakes.

Moreover, the Watford hierarchy also allowed Richarlison to follow Silva to Everton during the summer for a fee which could reach as much as £50million and the Brazilian attacker should probably expect a volatile reception from the travelling fans too.

Do you think Silva will be bothered by the snake protest tonight? And are Watford fans right in bringing the toy snakes with them in the first place?
