Celtic and Liverpool Fans React to Reports Linking James Forrest with Move to Anfield

Celtic winger James Forrest is being linked with a stunning move to Liverpool this summer, and fans of both clubs are struggling to make much sense of the rumours.

The Scotland international is currently enjoying the best season of his career to date, with an impressive 16 goals in 38 matches in all competitions throughout the campaign so far.

The 27-year-old has proved he’s capable of turning in mature and match-turning displays in the Europa League and Champions League, as well as for his country, and that has caught the attention of Reds boss Jurgen Klopp, according to the Sun.

Forrest signed a new long-term contract at Celtic Park just four months ago, but could he still be tempted to make a move to the English Premier League? Here’s how supporters have reacted to the reports:

Do you think Forrest has what it takes to play for Liverpool? Could he really provide back-up to Mo Salah and Sadio Mane?
