Michael Stewart has responded Craig Levein with a ‘psychological projection’ tweet.
The BBC and BT Sport pundit was criticised by the Hearts manager this morning in response to his strong comments on the David Vanecek situation at Tynecastle.
The Czech Republic striker signed for the Jambos earlier this month and played the full game as Hearts beat Livingston at the weekend.
But he lasted just 34 minutes of his second game on Wednesday night against Dundee, with Levein calling his performance ‘rubbish’ in the press.

Stewart reacted to that by saying it was ‘poor management’ from Levein – continuing the long-time rift between the pair.
And that led the Hearts manager to this morning ignore Stewart’s comments, saying he wasn’t ‘intelligent’ or ‘brave’ enough to get into management himself.
Now Stewart has responded by posting the definition of ‘psychological projection’:

If that isn’t aimed at Levein then we’d be very, very surprised.
The tense relationship between the pair goes all the way back to 2004, but has really intensified with both working in Scottish football over the last five years.
