Rosenborg’s Tore Reginiussen Says Thanks For Celtic Christmas Gifts

Rosenborg’s Tore Reginiussen has said thanks for the Celtic Christmas gifts he received.

The Norwegian defender is still a hero to many Hoops supporters following his equalising goal against RB Leipzig in the Europa League last month.

With Celtic losing at home to Red Bull Salzburg and Rosenborg losing in Germany, the Scottish champions were heading for the European exit door.

But Reginiussen’s late header tied the game up between Rosenborg and Leipzig – a result that would go on to send Celtic through to the last 32 at the expense of the Bundesliga outfit.

Reginiussen has been hailed by Hoops supporters since then – and even got his own Tore Reginiussen CSC mug at thetbshop.com.

Now he’s shared his gratitude for some Celtic-themed gifts he got at Christmas:

Celtic play Valencia in the last 32 of the Europa League and have Reginiussen to thank for the part he played in setting up that tie.

We’re looking forward to him being announced as the half-time draw guest at Celtic Park in the near future.
