Video: Cristiano Ronaldo Scores Juventus Winner in Italian Super Cup Final

Cristiano Ronaldo continued to endear himself to the Juventus support tonight by scoring the only goal in the Italian Super Cup Final against AC Milan.

In a tight match played in the searing heat of the Saudi Arabian city Jeddah, Milan dominated in the first 45 minutes, and were adamant they should’ve been awarded at least one penalty.

But when you don’t take your chances against a team of Juve’s quality you invariably end up being punished and that’s exactly what happened on the hour mark, as Ronaldo profited from a brilliant ball into the box from midfield play-maker Miralem Pjanić:

He might be turning 34 early next month but Ronnie still possesses the deadly knack of being able to find the back of the net, from both close and long range.

Ronaldo now has 16 goals in 26 appearances so far this season – and we’re willing to bet Real Madrid supporters are probably wishing he’d never left.

What do you think of Ronaldo’s season?
