Brendan Rodgers Has Left Celtic For Leicester, Reports Claim

Brendan Rodgers has reportedly agreed to take over at Leicester City following the sacking Claude Puel.

Puel was given his marching orders from the King Power Stadium on Sunday after a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Crystal Palace.

And that led to Rodgers being installed as the bookies’ favourite almost immediately after being previously linked with the club.

Rodgers refused to rule out a return to the Premier League when he was questioned about it on Sunday after the Hoops’ 4-1 win over Motherwell.

But the Herald now claim the former Liverpool man has left with Chris Davies and Kolo Toure set to join him.

Neil Lennon is set for a Parkhead return on an interim basis as he looks to guide Celtic to their eighth title in a row and an historic treble Treble.
