Video: Ex-Hibs Boss Neil Lennon Bangs In 25-Yard Peach On Soccer AM

This is the moment Neil Lennon netted a 25-yard screamer on Soccer AM.

The former Hibs and Celtic boss appeared as a guest on the footie chat show as he continues his hunt for a new manager’s role after his Easter Road departure.

The ex-Hoops midfielder was faced with the free-kick situation in front of a live studio audience.

And he channelled his inner Pirlo, or Stevie Mallan, to curl an absolute peach into the top corner – much to the amazement of host Jimmy Bullard.

The stunning finish was met with a rapturous applause from the live audience.

Lenny also won his way into the hearts of the Chelsea fans inside the studio as he netted the decisive penalty which won them £500.

The Northern Irishman also came close with this volley but narrowly missed after it clipped the lid of the bin inside the top corner.

You could as far as to say the Northern Irishman rolled back the years with the goal – but he was never famed for his dead-ball prowess in the first place.

Lennon has been out of a job since leaving the Hibees ‘by mutual consent’ last month.
