PSG have got the hugely important Marco Verratti back from injury ahead of their Champions League last 16 clash with Manchester United on Tuesday.
Thomas Tuchel’s men make the trip to Manchester on Tuesday hoping to get a positive result they can take back to Paris for the second leg two weeks later.
But they have to get through a Ligue 1 game against Bordeaux first.
The French champions welcome Bordeaux to the Parc des Princes off the back of a 2-1 defeat to Lyon in the league last week.
So they’ll be hoping for a big improvement today and then against United on Tuesday.
And Verratti’s return to their starting XI should definitely help:
Verratti hasn’t been fit for PSG since the 9-0 Ligue 1 win over Guingamp on January 19th due to an ankle injury.
But he’s back in the team now and you’d imagine if he gets through today’s game unscathed then he should start at Old Trafford on Tuesday.
