Rangers Fans Bemoan the Absence of Alfredo Morelos After Draw With Kilmarnock

Rangers fans have bemoaned the absence of Alfredo Morelos following their 0-0 draw with Kilmarnock this evening.

The Ibrox side are still in the hunt for the Scottish Cup after tonight’s result at Rugby Park, but they’ll have to go through another game against Killie when the teams have a replay on February 19th.

It wasn’t a terrible performance from Steven Gerrard’s men, but they did look a little less threatening in attack without Morelos.

And the fans certainly noticed that.

The Colombian striker missed out as he served the first of his three-game ban for the red card picked up against Aberdeen in midweek.

Based on social media, the Rangers supporters can’t wait to get him back:

Fortunately for Rangers, Morelos will miss next weekend’s game against St Johnstone and then the following Premiership match against Hamilton.

But he’ll be back against Killie in the replay – and that should be a big boost for their Scottish Cup bid.
