Video: Jack Whitehall Absolutely Destroys Liverpool Striker Daniel Sturridge at the BRIT Awards

Daniel Sturridge took a break from Liverpool‘s hectic season to make an appearance at the BRIT Awards – only to be brutally ridiculed by host Jack Whitehall.

Sturridge was an unused sub as the Reds played out a tense 0-0 draw with Bayern Munich at Anfield last night, but Jurgen Klopp’s men still have it all to play for, both domestically and in Europe.

Having been seven points clear at the top of the Premier League table, Sturridge and his Liverpool team-mates currently find themselves level on points with Manchester City after being reined in by Pep Guardiola’s relentless side.

Liverpool do still have a game in-hand over their rivals but that didn’t stop Arsenal fan Whitehall from taking a cheeky dig at their chances of lifting their first championship in more than 30 years – and poor Daniel Sturridge was unlucky to be on the end of it:

We don’t think Sturridge, or many Liverpool fans, will see the funny side, do you?

What do you make of Whitehall’s barbs?
