Video: New Celtic Boss Neil Lennon Says There Won’t Be Sweeping Changes

New Celtic manager Neil Lennon has said there won’t be sweeping changes to the Hoops team as he takes up the managerial reins at the Parkhead club for the second time in his career.

In a whirlwind day, Lennon has returned to Celtic Park after Brendan Rodgers decided to leave the Premiership champions for Leicester City and another crack at the English Premier League.

Of course, Lennon has been successful as Celtic manager previously, having won three Premiership titles and two Scottish Cups between 2010 and 2014, and he’ll be expected to deliver similar success between now and May.

In his first interview since rejoining, Lennon stressed he won’t be ringing the changes, and simply aims to extend the incredible domestic record left behind by Rodgers:

Do you think Lennon is the right choice to be Celtic’s new manager?

And how painful is it to see Rodgers leave for such a mid-table English side?
