This fan video shows why Andy Halliday was so angry with Scott Brown at the end of Celtic’s win over Rangers.
There were angry scenes throughout today’s game between the Glasgow sides at Celtic Park.
Alfredo Morelos was sent off for an elbow on Brown, while Ryan Kent hit out at the Celtic captain too.
Scenes at the final whistle were marred by Halliday and Brown clashing, leading to many of the players and officials getting involved to separate them.
On TV, it was difficult to see exactly why Halliday was so angry with Brown, although it was mentioned that he may have celebrated right in front of the travelling Gers support.
But this video should exactly why Halliday was angry:
You can see Brown celebrating in front of the Rangers faithful at the full-time whistle so it’s clear that’s what Halliday was unhappy with.
Due to his reaction, Halliday was given a second booking by referee Bobby Madden and will therefore have to sit a game out through suspension over the coming weeks.
