Video: Alfredo Morelos Misses Big Chance For First Colombia Goal

Alfredo Morelos missed a big chance to get his first goal for Colombia today.

The Rangers striker was handed a starting role by national team manager Carlos Queiroz for his side’s clash with South Korea this afternoon.

It came after Morelos made a short cameo at the end of a 1-0 win over Japan last week.

But unfortunately for the Colombian, he was unable to open his account for Colombia in a game they lost 2-1.

Morelos got a big chance to get his first goal just before half-time, but he was unable to connect with the ball and score:

Morelos will be hoping he does better on Sunday when Rangers play Celtic in the Scottish Premiership at Celtic Park.

The Colombian striker has yet to score against his side’s Glasgow rivals, but has been close on numerous occasions and will hope he can get the monkey off his back this time around.
