Wolves sealed a shock 2-0 win over Manchester United in their FA Cup quarter-final tonight, thanks to goals from Raul Jimenez and Diego Jota.

Nuno Espírito Santo’s side have been a breath of fresh air in the Premier League this season and have seemingly continued that fine form into the FA Cup.

Yes, some sides may have panicked at the prospect of facing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s in-form United, especially after United’s emphatic comeback against PSG in the Champions League.

But Wolves were more than up to the task.

Mexican international Jimenez opened the scoring, before Diego Jota doubled their lead, securing their historic entry into the semi-finals:

Manchester City and Watford both secured their spots in the FA Cup final four earlier this afternoon, with Brighton set to take on Millwall for the final place tomorrow.

Regardless, we can’t imagine anyone will fancy their chances against Wolves in this kind of form…
