A Manchester City fan put Kirsty Gallacher in her place over criticisms that the club should be selling more tickets for big games.
The TV and radio presenter appeared on BBC 5 Live alongside Robbie Savage to discuss a number of big topics, including the weekend’s FA Cup semi-final action at Wembley.
City were involved, playing out a 1-0 win against Brighton to book their place in the final.
But that victory came at a price, as City fans were criticised for not packing out Wembley for the game.
Before the match, it was reported that they had handed back around 5,000 tickets from their allocation after being unable to sell it.
And that was shown at the match.
But while pundits like Gallacher have had a negative view of that, one City fan knows exactly why and got the opportunity to tell her on BBC 5 Live:
Gallacher has been receiving criticism for the way she reacted to the caller’s points – and that forced BT Sport pundit Chris Sutton to tweet in her defence yesterday.
But when you hear the supporter making several great points about why City have struggled to sell tickets for big games, it makes it even harder to understand Gallacher’s reaction.
