Steven Gerrard spoke about Aberdeen‘s approach, Jake Hastie‘s pre-contract signing and the midweek closed doors friendly against Liverpool.
The Rangers manager sat down in front of the media this morning ahead of his side’s clash with Aberdeen on Sunday.
He will make headlines for claiming Derek McInnes’ side try harder against them than they do against other teams.
He also confirmed Motherwell winger Hastie is a target for them, but so far a deal has not been agreed.
And Gerrard also spoke more on the midweek closed doors friendly against Liverpool, in which he labelled a lot of first team players as embarrassing.
You can see Gerrard’s press conference here:
Rangers face off against Aberdeen on Sunday in a game they’ll be hoping to win to continue their good recent form.
They’ve beaten Motherwell and Hearts comprehensively in their last two games and will believe they can do the same against the Dons.
But Aberdeen have had their number this season, particularly at Ibrox, beating them twice in Glasgow already.
