Darrell Currie Rightly Praised For Getting Eden Hazard to Reveal His Future

Darrell Currie is rightly being praised for getting Eden Hazard to reveal his Chelsea future.

The BT Sport presenter was on the pitch in Baku last night as the Blues celebrated their Europa League victory over Arsenal.

They ran out 4-1 winners on the night, with Hazard scoring two.

There’s long been speculation about the Belgian winger’s future and that’s in even sharper focus now after Chelsea’s season came to a close.

Hazard is reportedly a target for Real Madrid, with some reporting that a deal has already been agreed between Chelsea and the Spanish giants.

But what does Hazard think? If it wasn’t for Currie – who leads BT Sport’s coverage of Scottish football – we would probably still be in the dark.

He patiently probed the Belgian for an answer on his future after the game and finally got it here:

That’s led to a lot of people praising Currie for his questioning skills:

Chelsea fans will now wait for what is likely to be confirmation of Hazard’s exit within the coming weeks.

For Real Madrid supporters, it’s time to get excited.
