Moussa Dembele Sticks the Boot Into Rangers After Celtic Secure Treble Treble

Ex-Celtic striker Moussa Dembele has taken an opportunistic swipe at Rangers following the Hoops’ historic third consecutive domestic treble this afternoon.

With the Premiership and League Cup already in the bag, Celtic travelled to Hampden today knowing a win over Hearts would make it an incredible nine trophies in a row, and secure their third consecutive Scottish Cup for the first time in their long and illustrious history.

It was a tense affair, with the Jambos taking the lead through Ryan Edwards on 53 minutes, but Odsonne Edouard’s double was enough to secure a 2-1 win – and it seems his former team-mate Dembele is loving every minute of it:

Dembele left Celtic last September to sign for Lyon in a deal worth around £20 million, and he departed under controversial circumstances, but it seems he’s still very much a Bhoys supporter, even if he no longer pulls on the iconic green and white jersey.

What do you make of his comments, and Celtic’s win today?
