Video: Eden Hazard Admits Europa League Final Was a ‘Goodbye’ to Chelsea

Eden Hazard has admitted tonight’s Europa League Final was probably a ‘goodbye’ to Chelsea and the club’s supporters, with Spanish giants Real Madrid waiting in the wings.

The mercurial Belgian attacker coolly scored twice in the 4-1 win over the Blues’ London rivals Arsenal, once from the penalty spot, and now he looks set to depart Stamford Bridge for pastures new in La Liga.

He’s easily been one of the best players in the Premier League pretty much ever since he joined from Lille for around £32 million back in the summer of 2012, but his interview with BT Sport after the final whistle in Baku seemed to strongly suggest he won’t be wearing a Chelsea kit from August:

How big a loss with Hazard be to the Chelsea cause, and can you think of any potential up-and-coming players who could potentially replace the 28-year-old in that iconic blue jersey?
