If any Liverpool supporters weren’t already very excited by promising defender Ki-Jana Hoever then they definitely will be after seeing his latest goal for the Netherlands Under-17s.

Hoever scored the third goal in Holland’s 3-0 victory over Belgium in their U17 European Championships quarter-final tie on Sunday, and produced a sublime slice of skill before prodding the ball past the helpless opposition goalkeeper:

Liverpool already have a pretty impressive and youthful defence with the likes of Joe Gomez and Trent Alexander-Arnold in their ranks, but could Hoever be the next big-name player at Anfield?
