Video: Trent Alexander-Arnold’s Assist Gets Better With Every Watch

Trent Alexander-Arnold’s assist for Divock Origi’s second goal against Barcelona gets better with every watch.

The Liverpool full-back helped his side complete a remarkable comeback in the Champions League semi-final by laying the decisive goal on a plate for the Belgian striker.

And it honestly gets better every single time you watch it.

With the score at 3-0 to Liverpool on the night – and 3-3 on aggregate – Alexander-Arnold spotted Origi unmarked in the box while walking away from a corner.

And the full-back turned quickly to whip in a beautiful cross for the striker, who fired home.

How good is this?

Absolutely outstanding from Alexander-Arnold.

It was Origi who got Liverpool into an early lead, pouncing on a rebound in the box to score.

Gini Wijnaldum then scored two just after half-time to make it 3-3.

And then it was all about Alexander-Arnold’s assist for Origi to get the vital goal.
