Joe Aribo Sends Heartfelt Goodbye Message to Charlton Fans on Twitter

New Rangers signing Joe Aribo has posted a heartfelt goodbye message to Charlton fans on Twitter this evening, after his move to Ibrox was announced earlier today.

The powerful 22-year-old midfielder finally put pen-to-paper on a deal with the Scottish premiership side this morning after being linked with Steven Gerrard’s side for several weeks or so – much to the annoyance of his now former manager Lee Bowyer.

As we told you this afternoon, Bowyer suggested it was a serious mistake by Aribo to move to Scottish football, and even suggested he’d be better off joining Championship side Brentford.

However, Bowyer’s criticism doesn’t appear to be affecting Aribo, who had this message for Charlton supporters a little earlier this evening:

Do you think Aribo will be a major success at Ibrox, and will Lee Bowyer regret being so critical of the move this time next year?
