Joe Aribo Shares Delight After Being Paraded as a Rangers Player

Joe Aribo has shared his delight after being paraded as a Rangers player.

The English midfielder yesterday sealed his switch to Ibrox, with the Scottish club set to pay a reported £300,000 for him.

Steven Gerrard and his squad are currently out in Portugal for some warm weather pre-season training and Aribo joined up with them yesterday.

And today he’s got the first opportunity to put on the Rangers jersey, standing next to his manager.

Aribo took to Instagram after that to share his happiness at the move:

Aribo’s move to Rangers came about quick after the club’s interest was made known.

Not that Charlton manager Lee Bowyer agrees with the move though.

He’s twice spoke publicly about his belief that Aribo should have stayed in England instead of moving north.

But Rangers is Aribo’s next club and now he’s set to play a part in the early season Europa League qualifiers – very important games for Gerrard and the Ibrox club.
