There’s Plenty of Arsenal Fans Defending Laurent Koscielny Over His Decision to Go On Strike

Arsenal skipper Laurent Koscielny has decided to go on strike to try and force through a transfer from the North London club – and there’s plenty of Gooners who are actually defending the Frenchman’s stance.

The 33-year-old veteran centre-back declined to travel with the rest of the Arsenal squad on their pre-season trip to America this morning, with the club’s hierarchy issuing a statement saying how disappointed they were by his actions.

Koscielny has been with the Gunners since 2010, and it seems his efforts have won him plenty of loyal supporters who seem to understand why he would take such drastic action.

According to the Sun, Lyon are interested in bringing Koscielny back to his homeland, and there’s a few people who are backing him to the hilt:

What do you think of the situation?
