Plenty of Rangers Fans Are Keen on Avoiding Wolves in Europa League Qualifying

Rangers could be drawn against Premier League cracks Wolves in the third qualifying round of the Europa League – but there’s plenty of Gers fans who would rather avoid the cash-rich English side.

Steven Gerrard’s side thrashed St. Joseph’s of Gibraltar 10-0 on aggregate in the first qualifying round, and will now face old foes Progrès Niederkorn of Luxembourg in the second round.

And now it has transpired that the Ibrox club will be unseeded should the progress, meaning they could face Nuno Espírito Santo’s star-studded team but it seems a Battle of Britain showdown isn’t something that a lot of Gers supporters would be too keen on:

Other potential opponents include Legia Warsaw, AZ Alkmaar or Mikael Lustig’s new club KAA Gent, but what do you think of the draw?

Surely Rangers would have a chance of beating Wolves over two legs?
